《论语》中有关“仁”的哲学探析
A Philosophical Exploration of “Ren” in The Analects
摘要: 《论语》中的“仁”是孔子思想体系的核心范畴,也是中国传统哲学讨论人格修养、伦理关系与社会秩序的重要理论基础。孔子并未对“仁”作统一界定,而是在不同语境中赋予其“爱人”“克己复礼”“为仁由己”等多重内涵,使“仁”兼具伦理规范、人格理想与实践智慧等意义。当前关于“仁”的研究多侧重价值阐释,对其现代适用边界及内在张力关注不足。基于此,本文在梳理学界相关研究基础上,通过文本分析与哲学阐释相结合的方法,探讨《论语》中“仁”的哲学内涵、基本特性及现实意义,并进一步分析“差等之爱”与普遍伦理原则、“德治”思想与现代法治秩序之间的张力。研究认为,“仁”体现出内在德性与现实规范、个体修养与公共责任之间的统一,同时也存在适用范围与时代条件的限制。对“仁”的重新审视,有助于深化对中国传统哲学的理解,并为现代伦理讨论提供思想资源。
Abstract: The concept of “ren” in The Analects is the core category of Confucius’ philosophical system, and also serves as an important theoretical foundation for traditional Chinese philosophy in discussing personal cultivation, ethical relationships, and social order. Confucius did not define “ren” in a unified way, but instead endowed it with multiple meanings in different contexts, such as “loving others”, “self-restraint and returning to propriety”, and “practicing ren by oneself”, making “ren” both ethical norms, personal ideals, and practical wisdom. Current research on “ren” mostly focuses on value interpretation, with insufficient attention to its modern boundaries of application and intrinsic tension. Based on this, this article reviews relevant academic research and, through a combination of textual analysis and philosophical interpretation, explores the philosophical connotations, fundamental characteristics, and practical significance of “ren” in the Analects, further analyzing the tension between “love of difference” and universal ethical principles, the thought of “rule by virtue” and modern legal order. Research suggests that “ren” reflects the unity between inner virtue and practical norms, individual cultivation and public responsibility, but also faces limitations in its scope of application and the conditions of the times. Re-examining “ren” helps deepen understanding of traditional Chinese philosophy and provides intellectual resources for modern ethical discussions.
