辽宁省冷链物流的数字技术应用现状及优化路径

Application Status and Optimization Paths of Digital Technology in Cold Chain Logistics of Liaoning Province

摘要: 随着数字经济深入到人们生活当中，如何通过数字化来推动冷链物流的发展成为必然趋势，这不仅有利于降低产品的损失率还能保证安全性。然而由于辽宁位于我国东北地区，具备优越地理位置的同时也有着丰富多样的农产品资源，所以辽宁在这方面取得了一定的成绩但也存在着各区域之间的差距大和技术不匹配的情况，缺乏相应的设备与人员等现象。本文基于TOE模型的角度下研究了辽宁省冷链物流中所使用的数字技术情况并针对其中出现的问题提出了看法，希望能为辽宁乃至整个东北地区物流行业的数字化转型提供参考意见。

Abstract: As the digital economy permeates daily life, advancing cold chain logistics through digitalization has become an inevitable trend. This approach not only helps reduce product loss rates but also ensures product safety. Liaoning, located in Northeast China, boasts a favorable geographic location and abundant agricultural resources. While it has made certain achievements in cold chain development, it still faces prominent challenges, including large regional disparities, technical mismatches, and shortages of supporting equipment and skilled personnel. From the perspective of the TOE model, this paper examines the application of digital technologies in Liaoning’s cold chain logistics, offers insights on existing problems, and aims to provide references for the digital transformation of the logistics industry in Liaoning and even the entire Northeast China.
