Analysis and Prevention and Control of Cervical Cancer Screening Results among Female Workers in Shandong Port from 2023 to 2025
摘要: 目的:分析宫颈癌筛查现状及相关危险性因素,制定适合本地区的筛查及治疗方案。方法:回顾性统计分析山东港口女职工2023~2025年实际宫颈癌筛查结果,计算不同年度宫颈癌筛查覆盖率、TCT阳性率,HPV感染率及亚型分布,及阴道镜下宫颈组织活检病理结果。结果:2023~2025年宫颈癌筛查覆盖率分别为58%,63%,68%;2025 HPV感染率为10.6%,其中≥60岁组HPV感染率为最高,占老年组检查人数的13.70%,与青、中年组进行比较,p均<0.01,差异具有统计学意义;高危型HPV感染率最高的型别依次为:58、53、52、16、51,占总检出频数的45.72%。结论:山东港口女职工行宫颈癌筛查覆盖率逐渐增高;老年组HPV感染率及混合感染率均最高;HPV感染以58、53和52型为主,考虑适合本地区的筛查和治疗方案。
Abstract: Objective: To study the cervical cancer screening rate and related risk factors, and formulate suitable screening and treatment programs in this area. Methods: The actual cervical cancer screening results of female port workers in Shandong province from 2023 to 2025 were retrospectively analyzed, and the coverage rate of cervical cancer screening and the positive rate of TCT in different years were calculated. The HPV infection rate and subtype distribution of women of all ages in 2025 were analyzed statistically. Results: The coverage rate of cervical cancer screening from 2023 to 2025 was 58%, 63% and 68%, respectively. The infection rate of HPV in 2025 was 10.6%. People over 60 years old had the highest HPV infection rate, accounting for 13.70% of the elderly group. Compared with <45 years old group and 45~59 years old group, the differences were statistically significant (p < 0.01). The top five high-risk HPV infection types were: HPV58, HPV53, HPV52, HPV16 and HPV51, accounting for 45.72% of the total detection frequency. Conclusion: The coverage rate of cervical cancer screening for female workers in Shandong port increased gradually; HPV infection rate and mixed infection rate were the highest in the elderly group. HPV infection is mainly type 58, 53 and 52, and the screening and treatment plan suitable for the region should be considered.
