摘要: 结直肠癌是临床上十分常见的恶性肿瘤,而肠道菌群在结直肠癌发生、发展过程中起到关键作用。桃叶珊瑚苷是一种重要的生物活性物质,目前关于它的抗肿瘤研究,尤其是针对结直肠癌的研究日益增多。本综述整理汇总了国内外相关研究资料,重点梳理了桃叶珊瑚苷对结直肠癌小鼠肠道菌群影响的最新研究进展,内容涵盖了桃叶珊瑚苷对肠道菌群多样性、群落结构的调控,以及特定菌群数量变化和结直肠癌相关信号通路之间的相互作用。研究表明,桃叶珊瑚苷可能通过调节肠道菌群,对结直肠癌的发展产生抑制等积极影响,为结直肠癌治疗策略及药物研发提供新思路,但目前研究仍存在未明确其确切机制与应用前景等局限,未来需更多深入研究。因此,探究桃叶珊瑚苷对结直肠癌小鼠肠道菌群的影响,有助于进一步了解其在结直肠癌治疗中的潜在作用机制。
Abstract: Colorectal cancer is a highly prevalent malignant tumor in clinical practice, and the gut microbiota plays a pivotal role in its initiation and progression. Aucubin, an important bioactive compound, has garnered increasing attention in antitumor research, particularly concerning colorectal cancer. This review systematically compiles and summarizes relevant domestic and international studies, with a focus on the latest research advances regarding the effects of aucubin on the intestinal microbiota in colorectal cancer mouse models. The contents encompass aucubin-mediated modulation of gut microbiota diversity and community structure, alterations in specific bacterial populations, and their interplay with colorectal cancer-associated signaling pathways. Current evidence suggests that aucubin may exert inhibitory and other beneficial effects on colorectal cancer development through gut microbiota regulation, thereby offering novel insights for therapeutic strategies and drug development. Nevertheless, existing studies are limited by an incomplete understanding of the precise mechanisms and clinical applicability, necessitating further in-depth investigations in the future. Therefore, exploring the impact of aucubin on the intestinal microbiota in colorectal cancer mouse models will facilitate a deeper understanding of its potential mechanisms of action in colorectal cancer therapy.
