职业教育助力成渝地区农村人力资源开发的价值意蕴及路径构建
The Value Implication and Path Construction of Vocational Education in Supporting the Development of Rural Human Resources in Chengdu-Chongqing Region
摘要: 在成渝地区双城经济圈背景下,职业教育通过培养技术技能人才、强化成渝地区农村发展的人才支撑,能激活农村内生发展动力、提升农村劳动力与市场需求的匹配度,提高农民收入和改善农村基础设施,进而缩小城乡差距。然而,职业教育在助力成渝地区农村人力资源开发的过程中存在着资源供给不足、衔接机制缺失、课程匹配度低、农民参与动力偏弱等现实问题。通过扩充资源投入、完善衔接机制、优化课程体系以及强化宣传引导等路径,可以有效促进成渝地区农村人力资源的开发,为成渝地区发展提供坚实的人才支撑。
Abstract: In the context of the Chengdu-Chongqing dual-city economic circle, vocational education can activate the endogenous development momentum of rural areas, enhance the matching degree between rural labor force and market demand, increase farmers’ income, and improve rural infrastructure, thereby narrowing the urban-rural gap by cultivating technical and skilled talents and strengthening the talent support for rural development in the Chengdu-Chongqing region. However, there are practical problems in the process of vocational education assisting the development of rural human resources in the Chengdu-Chongqing region, such as insufficient resource supply, lack of connection mechanisms, low curriculum matching, and weak motivation for farmers’ participation. By expanding resource investment, improving connection mechanisms, optimizing the curriculum system, and strengthening publicity and guidance, it is possible to effectively promote the development of rural human resources in the Chengdu-Chongqing region and provide solid talent support for the region’s development.
