细节护理对手术室护理质量、手术指标以及术后不良反应的影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Detailed Nursing Care on Operating Room Nursing Quality, Surgical Indicators, and Postoperative Adverse Reactions

摘要: 目的：旨在探究手术室细节护理对护理安全性的影响。方法：选取86例手术患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为常规护理组(对照组)和细节护理组(观察组)，每组各43例。结果：观察组在护理质量(包括器械准备、清洁消毒、设备管理及人员配合)、手术时间、卧床时间、住院时间、伤口愈合情况、VAS评分、CPIS评分以及术后不良事件发生率等方面均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05或P < 0.001)。结论：手术室细节护理能够有效提升护理质量与安全性，降低术后不良反应发生率，具有临床推广价值。

Abstract: Objective: This paper aims to investigate the impact of detailed nursing care in the operating room on nursing safety. Methods: A total of 86 surgical patients were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a conventional nursing group (control group) and a detailed nursing group (observation group), with 43 patients in each group. Results: The observation group showed significantly better outcomes than the control group in terms of nursing quality (including instrument preparation, cleaning and disinfection, equipment management, and staff coordination), surgery duration, bed rest time, hospitalization period, wound healing, VAS scores, CPIS scores, and incidence of postoperative adverse events, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05 or P < 0.001). Conclusion: Detailed nursing care in the operating room effectively improves nursing quality and safety, reduces the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions, and has clinical value for widespread application.
