The Changes and Breakthrough Strategies of the Publishing Industry in the AI Era
摘要: 人工智能技术的跨越式发展,全面重塑了出版业的生产范式、产业生态与价值逻辑。本文以波特价值链理论为核心研究框架,结合行业权威数据,系统梳理AI时代出版业的发展现状,深度剖析行业面临的市场受众变革、成本盈利矛盾、AIGC版权争议、AI伦理困境及从业人员转型危机等多重挑战。专项梳理AIGC版权法律争议焦点与差异化解决方案,探究信息茧房、算法偏见等前沿伦理问题的破解路径,并从市场重构、盈利升级、版权保护、人才赋能、伦理规范五个维度提出实操性应对策略,为出版业培育新质生产力、实现智能化高质量发展提供理论参考与实践路径。
Abstract: The leapfrog development of artificial intelligence technology has comprehensively reshaped the production paradigm, industrial ecology and value logic of the publishing industry. Based on Porter’s value chain theory and authoritative industry data, this paper systematically sorts out the development status of the publishing industry in the AI era, and deeply analyzes multiple challenges such as market and audience changes, cost-profit contradictions, AIGC copyright disputes, AI ethical dilemmas and personnel transformation crises. It specifically combats the legal disputes and differentiated solutions of AIGC copyright, explores the solving paths of cutting-edge ethical problems such as information cocoons and algorithmic bias, and proposes practical countermeasures from five dimensions, providing theoretical references and practical paths for the publishing industry to cultivate new quality productivity and achieve intelligent high-quality development.
