团体叙事护理联合农业康复疗法对精神分裂症住院患者精神症状及社会功能的影响

Effects of Group Narrative Nursing Combined with Agricultural Rehabilitation Therapy on Psychiatric Symptoms and Social Function of Inpatients with Schizophrenia

摘要: 目的：探讨团体叙事护理联合农业康复疗法对精神分裂症住院患者简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分及社会功能的改善效果，为慢性精神分裂症患者康复护理方案优化提供临床依据。方法：选取本院2025年4月~2025年12月收治的80例精神分裂症住院患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各40例。对照组实施常规精神科护理，观察组在常规护理基础上联合团体叙事护理与农业康复疗法，干预周期均为8周。比较两组干预前、干预8周的BPRS评分、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分。结果：干预前两组BPRS、SDSS评分差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)；干预8周后，观察组BPRS总分及各因子评分、SDSS评分均显著低于对照组(P < 0.05)；差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：团体叙事护理联合农业康复疗法可有效减轻精神分裂症住院患者精神症状，改善社会功能缺陷，提高住院康复安全性，值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the efficacy of group narrative nursing combined with agricultural rehabilitation therapy in improving the scores of Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) and social function among inpatients with schizophrenia, and to provide clinical evidence for optimizing rehabilitation nursing schemes for patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods: A total of 80 inpatients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital between April 2025 and December 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine psychiatric nursing, while the observation group was given group narrative nursing plus agricultural rehabilitation therapy on the basis of routine nursing. The intervention duration for both groups was 8 weeks. The BPRS scores and Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS) scores of the two groups were compared before intervention and after 8 weeks of intervention. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in BPRS and SDSS scores between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05). After 8 weeks of intervention, the total score and each factor score of BPRS, as well as SDSS score in the observation group were markedly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Group narrative nursing combined with agricultural rehabilitation therapy can effectively relieve psychiatric symptoms, ameliorate social dysfunction and improve the safety of in-hospital rehabilitation in schizophrenic inpatients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
