心理护理联合口腔健康教育在赝复体修复患者中的应用：从身心分离走向整合干预
Psychological Nursing Combined with Oral Health Education in Patients Undergoing Prosthetic Rehabilitation: From Mind-Body Separation to Integrated Intervention
摘要: 上颌骨缺损作为常见的颌面部缺损，严重影响患者的生理功能与心理健康。赝复体修复是主要治疗手段，但患者在整个修复周期中面临显著的身心交互压力。当前，心理护理与口腔健康教育在临床实践与研究中多呈分离状态，缺乏有机整合的理论框架与干预路径。本综述在系统阐述赝复体修复患者面临的多维挑战基础上，批判性分析了国内外心理护理与口腔健康教育的应用现状，揭示其“身心分离”的核心局限。进而，基于“生物–心理–社会”医学模式与健康行为理论，提出一个“心理–行为–口腔健康”三元交互的综合干预理论框架，详细阐述其核心构成要素、拟解决的关键科学问题及未来研究方向，并系统梳理了该领域的评估工具与研究设计范式，旨在为构建科学、有效的整合性护理方案提供理论依据，推动该领域从经验性描述走向机制性研究。
Abstract: Maxillary defect, as a common maxillofacial deformity, significantly impairs patients’ physiological functions and psychological well-being. Prosthetic rehabilitation is the primary treatment modality; however, patients face substantial mind-body interaction stress throughout the rehabilitation cycle. Currently, psychological nursing and oral health education largely operate in isolation in both clinical practice and research, lacking an organically integrated theoretical framework and intervention pathway. Based on a systematic elaboration of the multidimensional challenges faced by patients undergoing prosthetic rehabilitation, this review critically analyzes the application status of psychological nursing and oral health education domestically and internationally, revealing the core limitation of “mind-body separation”. Furthermore, drawing on the biopsychosocial medical model and health behavior theories, we propose a comprehensive intervention theoretical framework featuring a “psychological-behavioral-oral health” triadic interaction model. The core components, key scientific questions to be addressed, and future research directions are elaborated in detail. Additionally, assessment tools and research design paradigms in this field are systematically reviewed. This review aims to provide a theoretical basis for developing scientific and effective integrated nursing protocols, advancing this field from empirical description to mechanistic research.
