摘要: 伴随老龄化进程的加速，老年人口规模持续扩大，老年人居家养老服务需求呈现出爆发式增长态势，老年人对服务质量以及专业性提出了更高的要求，期望获得更贴心、专业、全面的养老服务，现阶段居家养老服务供给侧矛盾突出，难以有效契合老年人的多样化需求，供需之间的矛盾日益突出。面对此背景的时候，探究长期护理保险推动居家养老服务供给侧改革的有效途径，构建高质量、可持续的居家养老服务体系十分紧迫，长期护理保险驱动着居家养老服务供给侧改革，需总结经验和完善政策制度，依靠技术增强服务精准度，强化宣传提升大众的认知度，更要求政府、企业、社会组织以及家庭等各方联合发力，构筑覆盖广泛、服务优质的居家养老服务体系。

Abstract: With the acceleration of population aging, the scale of the elderly population continues to expand, and the demand for home-based elderly care services is rapidly increasing. Elderly people have higher requirements for service quality and professionalism, and they expect more attentive, professional, and comprehensive care services. Currently, there are significant supply-side contradictions in home-based elderly care services, making it difficult to effectively meet the diverse needs of the elderly, and the conflict between supply and demand is becoming increasingly prominent. In this context, it is urgent to explore effective pathways for long-term care insurance to promote supply-side reform of home-based elderly care services and to build a high-quality, sustainable home-based care system. Long-term care insurance drives the supply-side reform of home-based elderly care services, requiring the summarization of experiences to improve policy and regulations, leveraging technology to enhance service precision, strengthening public awareness through promotion, and calling for joint efforts of the government, enterprises, social organizations, and families to establish a widely accessible, high-quality home-based elderly care system.
