专业发展视角下小学教师育人使命追问及其实现
Inquiry into Primary School Teachers’ Educational Mission and Its Realization from the Perspective of Professional Development
摘要: 随着教育改革的深入,“不能让孩子输在起跑线上”这一口号日益渗透到中国社会各个阶层,已成为全民聚焦的话题和大部分家长的共识。小学作为学生正式系统化学习的开端,为每个人奠定人格、品性、思维与情感发展的坚实基础。本文从教师专业发展的视角,重新审视小学教师的育人使命,追问其当代价值与现实困境,并探讨在专业发展过程中实现育人使命的可能路径。
Abstract: With the deepening of educational reform, the slogan “Never let children lose at the starting line” has increasingly permeated all social strata in China, becoming a nationwide focal topic and the consensus of most parents. As the starting point of students’ formal and systematic learning, primary school lays a solid foundation for everyone’s development of personality, character, thinking and emotion. From the perspective of teachers’ professional development, this paper re-examines the educational mission of primary school teachers, probes into its contemporary value and practical dilemmas, and explores feasible paths to fulfill the educational mission in the process of professional development.
