真实问题情境驱动下AI辅助教学的实践探索——以“基因突变”为例
Practical Exploration of AI-Assisted Instruction Driven by Real-World Problem Contexts—A Case Study of “Gene Mutation”
摘要: 本文以高中生物“基因突变”一课为载体,以切尔诺贝利核污染事故致受污染暴露人群的甲状腺癌发病率激增为真实问题情境主线,设计多阶段探究任务,借助AI工具突破教学难点,将抽象的分子生物学过程可视化,逐步探究基因突变概念,厘清基因突变与细胞癌变的内在关联,最终通过健康生活方案设计实现知识迁移应用,提升学科核心素养。
Abstract: This paper takes the high school biology lesson “Gene Mutation” as a vehicle, using the sharply increased incidence of thyroid cancer among populations exposed to the Chernobyl nuclear contamination accident as the authentic problem context. It designs multi-stage inquiry tasks, employs AI tools to overcome teaching difficulties, visualizes abstract molecular biological processes, guides students to gradually explore the concept of gene mutation, clarifies the intrinsic relationship between gene mutation and cell carcinogenesis, and finally achieves knowledge transfer and application through the design of a healthy lifestyle plan, thereby enhancing core disciplinary competencies.
