法治教育融入初中《道德与法治》课程教学的实践路径研究
A Study on the Practical Paths for Integrating Rule of Law Education into the Teaching of the “Morality and the Rule of Law” Course in Junior High Schools
摘要: 按照中小学法治课程建设部署,契合《义务教育道德与法治课程标准(2022年版)》将“法治观念”确立为学科核心素养的导向,初中《道德与法治》成为青少年法治教育主阵地。法治教育对培育初中生法治素养、塑造正确价值观、夯实公民素养根基具有不可替代价值。本文采用文献研究法与实践分析法,阐释法治教育融入课程的价值意蕴,剖析教学中内容浅表化、模式固化、师资短板等现实困境,从内容、方法、师资三方面构建优化路径。研究旨在提升法治教育实效性,推动法治观念深度融入教学,为培育新时代法治青少年提供参考。
Abstract: In accordance with the deployment of rule-of-law curriculum construction in primary and secondary schools, and to align with the orientation of the Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards for Morality and the Rule of Law (2022 Edition) which defines “rule of law awareness” as one of the core competencies, the junior high school course “Morality and the Rule of Law” has become the main position for adolescent rule of law education. Rule of law education holds irreplaceable value in cultivating junior high school students’ rule of law literacy, shaping their correct values, and laying a solid foundation for civic literacy. Adopting literature research and practical analysis, this paper expounds the value implications of integrating rule of law education into the course, analyzes practical dilemmas including superficial teaching content, rigid teaching models and insufficient teacher competence, and constructs optimization paths from three dimensions: teaching content, teaching methods and teacher development. This study aims to enhance the effectiveness of rule of law education, promote the in-depth integration of rule of law awareness into curriculum teaching, and provide references for cultivating adolescents with rule of law literacy in the new era.
