应用型高校家校社协同育人机制构建研究
Research on the Construction of a University-Family-Society Collaborative Education Mechanism in Application-Oriented Universities
摘要: 健全学校家庭社会协同育人机制、推进教育数字化,是应用型高校落实立德树人根本任务、完善学生发展支持体系的重要路径。针对当前主体责任模糊、沟通机制不畅、资源转化不足、评价反馈薄弱等问题,本文基于协同治理与系统论视角,构建“1 + 2 + N”家校社协同育人模式,即以协同信息中枢为支撑,以学生信息联络团和家庭育人指导团为保障,以多元育人活动体系为载体,并从运行路径、队伍职责、评价反馈和保障措施等方面细化机制设计。该模式有助于推动应用型高校育人工作由单一管理转向多元共育、由事务处理转向发展支持,为协同育人机制创新提供参考。
Abstract: Improving the collaborative education mechanism involving universities, families, and society and advancing educational digitization are important pathways for application-oriented universities to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and improve the student development support system. In response to current problems such as unclear responsibilities among participating parties, inefficient communication mechanisms, insufficient resource transformation, and weak evaluation and feedback, this paper constructs a “1 + 2 + N” university-family-society collaborative education model from the perspectives of collaborative governance and systems theory. The model takes a collaborative information hub as its support, student information liaison groups and family education guidance groups as its safeguards, and a diversified system of educational activities as its carrier. It further refines the mechanism design in terms of operational pathways, team responsibilities, evaluation feedback, and safeguard measures. This model helps promote the transformation of student development work in application-oriented universities from single-subject management to multi-stakeholder co-education and from administrative affairs handling to developmental support, providing a reference for innovation in collaborative education mechanisms.
