基于华生关怀理论的流程化护理结合体位 活动操在无痛胃镜检查患者中的应用

Application of Standardized Nursing Based on Watson’s Caring Theory Combined with Positional Exercise in Patients Undergoing Painless Gastroscopy

摘要: 目的：分析无痛胃镜检查患者应用基于华生关怀理论的流程化护理结合体位活动操的效果。方法：选取2025年5月~2026年4月至我院就诊的52例无痛胃镜检查患者。应用随机数字表法均分为观察组(基于华生关怀理论的流程化护理结合体位活动操)、基础组(常规内镜检查护理)，n = 26。组间对比心理状态、检查相关指标和不良反应发生率。结果：观察组心理状态评分均低于基础组(P < 0.05)；观察组检查相关指标水平均优于基础组(P < 0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率低于基础组(P < 0.05)。结论：无痛胃镜检查患者应用基于华生关怀理论的流程化护理结合体位活动操能够减少不良情绪，改善检查相关指标，降低不良反应发生率。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the effects of standardized nursing based on Watson’s Caring Theory combined with posture exercise on patients undergoing painless gastroscopy. Methods: A total of 52 patients undergoing painless gastroscopy in our hospital from May 2025 to April 2026 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (standardized nursing based on Watson’s Caring Theory combined with posture exercise) and a control group (routine endoscopic nursing), with n = 26 in each group. Psychological status, examination-related indicators, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the groups. Results: The observation group scored lower in psychological status than the control group (P < 0.05); examination-related indicators in the observation group were superior to those in the control group (P < 0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Standardized nursing based on Watson’s Caring Theory combined with posture exercise can reduce negative emotions, improve examination-related indicators, and decrease the incidence of adverse reactions in patients undergoing painless gastroscopy.
