季德胜蛇药联合康复新液外敷治疗蝮蛇咬伤的效果研究

A Study on the Efficacy of Topical Application of Jidesheng Snake Antivenom Combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the Treatment of Viper Bites

摘要: 目的：探讨季德胜蛇药联合康复新液外敷治疗蝮蛇咬伤的临床效果。方法：选取2025年1月至2026年5月就诊于南昌某三甲医院急诊科的蝮蛇咬伤患者，按照随机数字表法分为观察组(40例)和对照组(43例)。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予季德胜蛇药口服及生理盐水调敷外敷，观察组在常规治疗基础上给予季德胜蛇药口服及季德胜蛇药捣碎后以康复新液调成糊状外敷。比较两组患者肿胀程度、疼痛评分(VAS)、肿胀消退时间、疼痛消退时间、住院天数及炎症指标(WBC、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP)。结果：干预后第3天及第6天，观察组肿胀程度及VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P < 0.001)；观察组肿胀消退时间、疼痛消退时间及住院天数均短于对照组(P < 0.001)；干预后观察组WBC、IL-6、TNF-α及CRP水平均低于对照组(P < 0.001)。结论：季德胜蛇药联合康复新液外敷可有效缓解蝮蛇咬伤后肢体肿胀与疼痛，缩短肿胀及疼痛消退时间，降低炎症指标水平，缩短住院天数，具有较好的临床推广应用价值。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jidesheng Snake Medicine combined with external application of Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of viper bites. Methods: Patients with viper bites who visited the emergency department of a Grade III Level A hospital in Nanchang between January 2025 and May 2026 were selected and divided into an observation group (40 cases) and a control group (43 cases) using a random number table. The control group received oral Jidesheng Snake Medicine and topical application of a saline-based paste in addition to standard treatment, while the observation group received oral Jidesheng Snake Medicine and topical application of a paste made by mixing crushed Jidesheng Snake Medicine with Kangfuxin Liquid in addition to standard treatment. The two groups were compared in terms of swelling severity, pain scores (VAS), time to resolution of swelling, time to resolution of pain, length of hospital stay, and inflammatory markers (WBC, IL-6, TNF-α, CRP). Results: On days 3 and 6 post-intervention, the observation group exhibited significantly lower swelling severity and VAS scores than the control group (P < 0.001); the time to resolution of swelling, time to resolution of pain, and length of hospital stay were all shorter in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.001); following intervention, the levels of WBC, IL-6, TNF-α, and CRP were all lower in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.001). Conclusion: The topical application of Jidesheng Snake Medicine combined with Kangfuxin Solution effectively alleviates limb swelling and pain following viper bites, shortens the time to resolution of swelling and pain, reduces levels of inflammatory markers, and shortens the length of hospital stay, demonstrating good clinical value for widespread application.
