摘要: 随着数字化转型的深入推进,高职教育正经历一场深刻的教学变革。将“课程思政”理念融入高职英语教学,不仅是落实立德树人的根本任务,也是提升学生国际视野与家国情怀的关键路径。然而,在“数字化 + 思政”的复合场景下,当前高职英语教师普遍面临能力结构失衡、资源整合不足等核心短板。本文解构了数字化思政背景下教师应具备的核心能力,深度剖析了能力缺口,并提出基于个体、协作、制度与技术四维度的系统性提升路径,以期为职业院校的育人模式创新提供理论参考。
Abstract: With the deepening of digital transformation, higher vocational education is undergoing a profound teaching revolution. Integrating the concept of “course ideological and political education” into higher vocational English teaching is not only a fundamental task for implementing the principle of fostering virtue through education, but also a key path to enhancing students’ international perspectives and national sentiments. However, in the “digitalization + ideology” combined scenario, current higher vocational English teachers generally face core shortcomings such as unbalanced ability structure and insufficient resource integration. This article deconstructs the core abilities that teachers should possess in the context of digitalized ideology, deeply analyzes the gaps in these abilities, and proposes a systematic improvement path based on four dimensions: individual, collaboration, system, and technology, with the aim of providing theoretical references for the innovation of the educational model in vocational schools.
