泛娱乐化视域下高校一站式学生社区文化 建设：困境、机理与培育路径

Building One-Stop Student Community Culture in Universities amid the Trend of Pan-Entertainment: Challenges, Mechanisms, and Development Pathways

摘要: 在泛娱乐化思潮不断蔓延的当下，高校一站式学生社区文化建设面临诸多困境。泛娱乐化对大学生价值观、集体意识及校园文化造成消解冲击，使得社区文化建设在主流文化引领、文化内涵塑造、学生参与积极性及文化育人功能发挥等方面遭遇挑战。本研究剖析这些现实困境，同时深入分析文化育人凝聚社区认同的内在机理，涵盖文化浸润、活动凝聚、价值认同及组织保障等机制。基于此，从理念、载体、活动、管理、圈层文化等多维度提出培育路径，旨在为优化高校一站式学生社区文化建设提供策略指导，丰富高校社区文化建设研究，助力高校育人体系完善，促进大学生全面发展。

Abstract: Amid the ongoing spread of the pan-entertainment trend, the development of one-stop student community culture in universities faces numerous challenges. This trend erodes college students’ values, collective consciousness, and campus culture, posing challenges to community culture development in terms of mainstream cultural guidance, shaping cultural substance, fostering student engagement, and fulfilling the educational functions of culture. This study examines these practical challenges while delving into the underlying mechanisms through which cultural education fosters community identity, covering mechanisms such as cultural immersion, activity-driven cohesion, value alignment, and organizational support. Based on this analysis, the study proposes development pathways across multiple dimensions—including philosophy, platforms, activities, management, and subculture—aiming to provide strategic guidance for optimizing the development of one-stop student community culture in universities, enrich research on campus community culture, contribute to the refinement of university educational systems, and promote the comprehensive development of college students.
