新工科背景下应用型高校理工类专业《大学计算机基础》课程思政建设探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Construction in the Course “Fundamentals of Computer Science” for Science and Engineering Majors in Applied Universities under the Background of New Engineering
摘要: 在新工科建设深入推进的背景下,应用型高校的计算机基础课程如何实现知识传授与价值引领的有机统一,成为亟待解决的问题。本文针对当前课程思政中普遍存在的“案例与专业脱节”、“教学方法与工程实践脱轨”、“评价体系与育人目标脱钩”三大痛点,提出了一套系统性的建设方案。首先,从智能制造、人工智能、网络安全等领域的真实产业痛点出发,开发了与课程知识模块深度融合的“技术攻关场景化思政案例”。其次,构建了“工程问题导入–核心技术解析–思政要素升华”的三阶递进教学模式,并通过“双螺旋教学法”使技术能力与价值观同步培养。最后,设计了“技术能力–工程伦理–职业素养”三维评价体系及“两维四阶”评估模型,实现了思政教育效果的量化观测。实践表明,该体系有效提升了学生的工程伦理决策能力和职业使命感,为应用型高校计算机课程思政提供了可复制的范式。
Abstract: Under the background of the in-depth advancement of new engineering education, how to organically integrate knowledge transmission and value guidance in the Fundamentals of Computer Science has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper addresses the three major pain points commonly existing in the current course-based ideological and political education, namely, “disconnection between cases and the major”, “derailment of teaching methods from engineering practice”, and “decoupling of the evaluation system from the educational goals”, and proposes a systematic construction plan. Firstly, starting from the real industrial pain points in fields such as intelligent manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and network security, “scenario-based ideological and political cases deeply integrated with the course knowledge modules” have been developed. Secondly, a three-stage progressive teaching model of “introduction of engineering problems - analysis of core technologies - elevation of ideological and political elements” has been constructed, and the “double helix teaching method” is adopted to cultivate technical abilities and values simultaneously. Finally, a three-dimensional evaluation system of “technical ability - engineering ethics - professional quality” and a “two-dimensional four-stage” assessment model have been designed, achieving quantitative observation of the ideological and political education effect. Practice shows that this system effectively enhances students’ engineering ethics decision-making ability and professional mission, providing a replicable model for ideological and political education in computer courses of application-oriented universities.
