多角度无痛针刺辅助进针笔的研制

摘要: 针刺作为一种侵入式治疗方法,不可避免会给患者带来一定的创痛,且现有的针灸进针器针刺角度难以控制,针刺深度不可调节,适用部位有限;使用时针灸针容易卡顿或脱出,可能造成额外伤害;进针器不便灭菌,难以确保无菌操作。相较于传统进针器,多角度无痛针刺辅助进针笔进针速度更快,针刺角度范围更大;可调节档位,控制针刺深度;防卡防脱装置、锁块与针匣和卡槽所配备的定位块确保针灸针准确弹出,解决卡顿或脱出问题,操作更安全;多种尺寸的可替换针匣便于储藏和更换针灸针,方便连续进针;所用材料耐高温耐磨损耐腐蚀,结合臭氧消毒,方便灭菌。临床应用该进针笔更能减轻患者痛苦,降低操作者的工作强度与难度,大幅提高效率,为针刺治疗的改进和推广提供了新途径。
Abstract: As an invasive treatment method, acupuncture inevitably causes some trauma and pain to patients. Existing acupuncture needle insertion devices have difficulties in controlling the insertion angle, non-adjustable penetration depth, and limited applicable areas. During use, the acupuncture needles are prone to jamming or dislodging, potentially causing additional harm. Moreover, these devices are inconvenient to sterilize, making it challenging to ensure aseptic operation. Compared to traditional needle insertion devices, the multi-angle painless acupuncture-assisted insertion pen offers faster needle insertion speed and a wider range of insertion angles. It features adjustable settings to control penetration depth and is equipped with anti-jamming and anti-displacement mechanisms, including locking blocks, needle cartridges, and positioning blocks in the slots, ensuring precise needle ejection and eliminating jamming or dislodging issues for safer operation. The replaceable needle cartridges in various sizes facilitate storage and needle replacement, enabling continuous insertion. The materials used are high-temperature resistant, abrasion-resistant, and corrosion-resistant, combined with ozone disinfection for convenient sterilization. Clinical application of this insertion pen can further reduce patient discomfort, lower the workload and difficulty for operators, and significantly improve efficiency, providing a new approach for the advancement and promotion of acupuncture therapy.
