摘要: 分析研究了近年儿童肺炎的治疗研究情况，探讨了儿童肺炎的分类、临床治疗类型及具体案例。研究显示，精准诊断、个体化抗感染治疗、综合支持疗法及多学科协作对改善患儿预后具有重要作用。研究工作的重点从抗感染治疗(包括抗生素与抗病毒治疗)、中药治疗及维生素辅助治疗三个方面梳理了最新临床研究，并结合具体实例分析了不同治疗方案的疗效。未来需进一步关注病原体耐药性、新型生物标志物探索及人工智能辅助诊疗等方向，以优化儿童肺炎的诊治策略。

Abstract: The research on the treatment of childhood pneumonia in recent years was analyzed and studied. The classification, clinical treatment types and specific case studies of childhood pneumonia were explored. The research shows that precise diagnosis, individualized anti-infection treatment, comprehensive supportive therapy and multidisciplinary collaboration play an important role in improving the prognosis of children. The research focus systematically reviewed the latest clinical studies from three perspectives: anti-infective therapy (including antibiotic and antiviral treatments), traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and adjuvant vitamin therapy, and analyzed the efficacy of different treatment regimens with specific illustrative cases. In the future, further attention should be paid to the exploration of new biomarkers for pathogen resistance and artificial intelligence-assisted diagnosis and treatment, etc., to optimize the diagnosis and treatment strategies for childhood pneumonia.
