基于科学知识图谱技术分析中医治疗特应性 皮炎研究热点与趋势
Analysis of Research Hotspots and Trends in Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Atopic Dermatitis Based on Scientific Knowledge Graph Technology
摘要: 目的:运用文献计量学方法对中医治疗特应性皮炎的相关文献进行可视化分析,总结研究热点、前沿领域和发展趋势。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science两个数据库收录的中医治疗特应性皮炎的中、英文文献,采用CiteSpace 6.3.R1及VOSviewer 1.6.20软件对作者、机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入440篇中文和61篇英文文献,其中中文文献发表量总体呈上升趋势,英文文献在2016年后基本保持稳定增长状态。莫秀梅和陈达灿分别为中英文文献发表最多的作者;广州中医药大学为中、英文文献发文量均最多的机构;中文文献关键词854个,可聚为10类,英文文献关键词420个,可聚为8类。从中文文献来看,中医辨证、临床观察、儿童是长期研究热点,用药规律、中医证候及作用机制研究不断丰富。从英文文献来看,eczema、efficacy是长期研究热点,activation、filaggrin、cancer近年来作为关键词引起学界关注。结论:本研究运用知识图谱分析技术开展文献研究,系统且直观地梳理了近30年来中医药治疗特应性皮炎领域的研究现状,能够为后续中医药治疗特应性皮炎的相关科研工作及临床探索提供有效的数据支撑与学术参考。
Abstract: Objective: To conduct a bibliometric and visual analysis of literature on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment for atopic dermatitis (AD), summarizing research hotspots, cutting-edge fields, and development trends. Methods: Chinese and English literature on TCM treatment for AD were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Web of Science databases. CiteSpace 6.3.R1 and VOSviewer 1.6.20 were used to perform visual analysis of authors, institutions, and keywords. Results: A total of 440 Chinese and 61 English articles were included. The publication volume of Chinese literature showed an overall upward trend, while English literature remained basically stable and growing after 2016. Mo Xiumei and Chen Dacan were the most prolific authors in Chinese and English literature, respectively; Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine was the most productive institution in both Chinese and English literature. There were 854 keywords in Chinese literature, which could be clustered into 10 categories, and 420 keywords in English literature, which could be clustered into 8 categories. From the perspective of Chinese literature, TCM syndrome differentiation, clinical observation, and children are long-term research hotspots, with continuous enrichment in studies on medication rules, TCM syndromes, and mechanisms of action. From the perspective of English literature, eczema and efficacy are long-term research hotspots, while activation, filaggrin, and cancer have attracted academic attention as keywords in recent years. Conclusion: This study employed knowledge mapping analysis techniques to systematically and intuitively review the research status of TCM treatment for AD over the past 30 years, providing effective data support and academic reference for subsequent scientific research and clinical exploration in this field.
