破壁与融合:新工科大类新生“思政+”教育路径创新研究
Breaking Barriers and Integration: Innovative Research on the “Ideological and Political Education+” Pathway for Broad-Class Freshmen in Emerging Engineering Disciplines
摘要: 针对新工科大类招生背景下新生思政教育面临的课程体系、师资协同、学生认知与评价机制等多重壁垒,本研究提出系统性融合路径。通过重构课程体系,推动思政教育从“附加”向“嵌入”转型,开设“新工科导论+”课程并实施通识课“工科化”改造;革新教学方法,以项目式学习与数字化技术实现从“说教”到“浸润”的转变;构建“1 + 1 + N”导师制与双课堂联动机制,促进育人力量从“独奏”走向“交响”;建立知识、能力、价值观三维评价体系,实现从“单一”到“多维”的科学测评。研究旨在打破思政教育与专业教育的隔阂,提升新工科人才培养的协同性与实效性。
Abstract: In response to the multiple barriers faced by ideological and political education for freshmen in the context of broad-class enrollment in emerging engineering disciplines—such as curriculum system limitations, insufficient teacher collaboration, students’ cognitive gaps, and evaluation mechanism deficiencies—this study proposes a systematic integration pathway. By restructuring the curriculum system, it promotes the transformation of ideological and political education from an “add-on” to an “embedded” model, introducing an “Introduction to Emerging Engineering+” course and implementing an “engineering-oriented” reform of general education courses. Teaching methods are innovated through project-based learning and digital technologies, shifting the approach from “preaching” to “immersive engagement”. A “1 + 1 + N” mentorship system and a dual-classroom linkage mechanism are established, transforming educational forces from a “solo performance” to a “symphony”. A three-dimensional evaluation system encompassing knowledge, ability, and values is developed, achieving a scientific assessment that moves from “single-dimension” to “multi-dimension”. This research aims to break down the barriers between ideological and political education and professional training, thereby enhancing the synergy and effectiveness of talent cultivation in emerging engineering disciplines.
