基于文献计量学的金水六君煎研究热点可视化分析
Visual Analysis of Research Hotspots on Jinshui Liujun Decoction Based on Bibliometrics
摘要: 目的:运用文献计量学方法系统梳理金水六君煎的研究现状与发展趋势。方法:检索CNKI及Web of Science核心合集(1990~2026年),应用CiteSpace 6.4.R1对年发文量、作者/机构合作网络、关键词共现与聚类、突现词及时区演化进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入中文文献364篇,年发文量呈波动式增长,2020年达峰值。沈英森为高产作者(早期聚焦临床与方剂改良,近期深耕COPD气道黏液高分泌及信号通路机制),湖南中医药大学为发文量最多的机构。研究热点集中于慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管哮喘、气道黏液高分泌及网络药理学,其中调控PI3K/Akt、TNF-α/NF-κB通路治疗COPD的分子机制前沿突现显著。结论:金水六君煎研究经历了“临床经验–循证医学–网络药理学与分子机制”三阶段演进。未来前沿方向包括PI3K/Akt通路靶向调控、经典名方二次开发及多成分协同机制;分子对接与动物模型验证等多技术融合有望为该方的精准应用提供新范式。
Abstract: Objective: To systematically review the research status and development trends of Jinshui Liujun Decoction using bibliometric methods. Methods: The CNKI and Web of Science Core Collection (1990~2026) were searched. CiteSpace 6.4.R1 was employed for visual analysis of annual publication volume, author/institution collaboration networks, keyword co-occurrence and clustering, burst terms, and time-zone evolution. Results: A total of 364 Chinese-language articles were included. The annual publication volume showed fluctuating growth, peaking in 2020. Shen Yingsen was the most prolific author (early focus on clinical application and formula modification, recent work on airway mucus hypersecretion and signaling pathways in COPD). Hunan University of Chinese Medicine was the institution with the highest number of publications. Research hotspots centered on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchial asthma, airway mucus hypersecretion, and network pharmacology. Notably, the molecular mechanism of regulating the PI3K/Akt and TNF-α/NF-κB pathways in treating COPD emerged as a significant frontier. Conclusion: Research on Jinshui Liujun Decoction has undergone a three-stage evolution: “clinical experience-evidence-based medicine-network pharmacology and molecular mechanisms.” Future frontiers include targeted regulation of the PI3K/Akt pathway, secondary development of classical formulas, and multi-component synergistic mechanisms. The integration of multiple techniques, such as molecular docking and animal model validation, is expected to provide a new paradigm for the precise application of this formula.
