韶关县级气象科普现状调研分析及发展探究——以翁源县为例

摘要: 气象科普作为提升公众气象防灾减灾意识、增强气象科学素养的重要途径,对保障区域经济社会稳定发展具有重要意义。本文以韶关市翁源县为核心调研区域,同时涵盖韶关市其余各县(市、区)开展了实地和电话访谈、问卷调查及线上查阅文献资料,系统梳理韶关市县级气象科普的现状。调研发现目前仍存在气象科普知识未真正普及,气象科普活动吸引力不强,气象科普形式单一,未能针对不同受众提供差异化内容,农村地区覆盖不足,队伍建设薄弱,部门协同机制不健全联动不足等问题,分析原因主要是资金投入不足,资源配置不均衡,宣传形式单一,受众针对性不强,科普理念落后,部门协同联动机制不健全,科普队伍建设薄弱。探究出需强化政策资金支持,优化资源配置效率,创新科普形式和传播方式,强化科普队伍建设等对策,为韶关市县级气象科普工作的提质增效提供理论参考与实践指导。
Abstract: Meteorological science popularization, as an important approach to enhancing public awareness of meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation and improving meteorological scientific literacy, holds significant importance for ensuring the stable development of regional economy and society. This paper focuses on Wengyuan County in Shaoguan City as the core research area, while also covering other counties (cities, districts) in Shaoguan City, conducting field and telephone interviews, questionnaire surveys, and online literature reviews, systematically summarizing the current situation of county-level meteorological science popularization in Shaoguan City. The research found that there are still issues such as meteorological knowledge not being widely disseminated, meteorological science popularization activities lacking appeal, the forms of science popularization being monotonous, failure to provide differentiated content for different audiences, insufficient coverage in rural areas, weak team development, and inadequate departmental coordination mechanisms. The main causes of these issues include insufficient funding, unbalanced resource allocation, monotonous publicity methods, lack of audience targetedness, outdated popular science concepts, underdeveloped departmental coordination mechanisms, and weak construction of the popular science team. The study identifies countermeasures such as strengthening policy and financial support, optimizing resource allocation efficiency, innovating forms and methods of science popularization, and enhancing the construction of popular science teams, providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for improving the quality and efficiency of county-level meteorological science popularization work in Shaoguan City.
