文旅融合背景下历史文化街区高质量发展路径研究

Research on Pathways for the High-Quality Development of Historic and Cultural Districts in the Context of the Integration of Culture and Tourism

摘要: 历史文化街区是承载城市记忆、传承地域文脉的核心活态载体，在文旅融合战略深化与旅游消费升级背景下，历史文化街区的保护与活化成为文旅产业高质量发展的重要方向。本文以我国历史文化街区为研究对象，梳理现阶段发展状况与前沿发展趋势，剖析保护与开发矛盾、业态同质化、主客关系失衡等难题，结合典型案例从文化原真性保护、业态差异化构建、主客共享机制完善等维度提出高质量发展路径，为摆脱历史文化街区发展困境、实现文化遗产活态传承提供了理论参考与实践借鉴。

Abstract: Historic and cultural districts serve as vital living repositories that preserve urban memories and carry forward regional cultural heritage. Against the backdrop of deepening strategies for the integration of culture and tourism and the upgrading of tourism consumption, the preservation and revitalization of these districts have become a key direction for the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry. This paper takes China’s historic and cultural districts as its research subject, reviewing their current development status and emerging trends. It analyzes challenges such as the tension between preservation and development, homogenization of business formats, and imbalances in the relationship between residents and visitors. Drawing on typical case studies, the paper proposes pathways for high-quality development from the perspectives of preserving cultural authenticity, fostering business diversification, and improving mechanisms for shared benefits between residents and visitors. It offers theoretical insights and practical guidance for overcoming the development challenges faced by historic and cultural districts and achieving the living transmission of cultural heritage.
