新时期高校辅导员职业道德修养的提升路径研究
A Study on Pathways to Enhancing Professional Ethics among College Counselors in the New Era
摘要: 新时期高等教育高质量发展对高校辅导员职业道德修养提出了更高要求。当前辅导员职业道德修养存在意识薄弱、培训机制不完善、考核激励不足及文化氛围不浓等问题。针对上述困境,本文提出系统化提升路径:构建全周期教育与培训体系,强化沉浸式情景模拟与数字素养培养;完善考核激励机制,推行道德积分制并与晋升挂钩;营造职业伦理文化环境,通过符号、仪式与叙事深化价值认同;推进数字化伦理建设,利用AI伦理顾问与案例共享池提供实时支持。通过构建教育–实践–激励–文化–技术支撑的闭环体系,促进辅导员职业伦理自觉与行为规范化。
Abstract: The pursuit of high-quality development in higher education during the new era places higher demands on the professional ethics of university counselors. Currently, issues such as weak awareness, inadequate training mechanisms, insufficient evaluation and incentive systems, and a lack of a supportive cultural atmosphere persist in the professional ethics of counselors. In response to these challenges, this paper proposes a systematic improvement strategy: establishing a full-cycle education and training system, and strengthening immersive scenario simulations and digital literacy training; refining evaluation and incentive mechanisms by implementing a moral credit system linked to promotion; fostering a culture of professional ethics through symbols, rituals, and narratives to deepen value alignment; and advancing digital ethics by utilizing AI ethics advisors and a case-sharing repository to provide real-time support. By establishing a closed-loop system supported by education, practice, incentives, culture, and technology, this approach promotes self-awareness of professional ethics and standardized conduct among counselors.
