宿舍关系焦虑量表的开发与验证——基于兰州市大学生

摘要: 为解决西北地区高校宿舍人际关系矛盾突出、缺乏专用评估工具的问题,本研究以兰州市大学生为对象,开发并验证宿舍关系焦虑量表,信效度指标达到心理测量学标准,适用于高校群体测评。调查发现,兰州市大学生宿舍关系焦虑整体处于中等偏上水平,独生子女、8人寝及农村生源学生焦虑水平更高;个体特质、生活习惯差异与认知观念偏差会显著加剧宿舍关系焦虑,沟通能力和社会支持则能够有效缓解焦虑;宿舍关系焦虑在主观影响因素与心理健康间起重要影响,社会支持具有缓冲效应。可为高校宿舍关系干预、心理健康教育与管理优化提供工具支撑。
Abstract: To address the prominent interpersonal relationship conflicts in university dormitories in the Northwest region and the lack of dedicated assessment tools, this study targeted university students in Lanzhou to develop and validate the Dormitory Relationship Anxiety Scale. The reliability and validity indicators met psychometric standards, making it suitable for group assessments in universities. The survey found that dormitory relationship anxiety among university students in Lanzhou was generally at a moderately high level, with higher anxiety observed among only children, students in 8-person dormitories, and students from rural backgrounds. Individual traits, differences in living habits, and cognitive biases significantly exacerbated dormitory relationship anxiety, while communication skills and social support effectively alleviated anxiety. Dormitory relationship anxiety plays an important role between subjective influencing factors and mental health, with social support having a buffering effect. The findings can provide tool support for interventions in university dormitory relationships, mental health education, and management optimization.
