秦岭地区中小学心理健康智能测评系统研究设计
Research and Design of an Intelligent Mental Health Assessment System for Primary and Secondary Schools in the Qinling Region
摘要: 秦岭地区中小学生的心理健康工作存在评估不准确、干预不及时、资源分配不均等问题。研究聚焦陕西商洛、安康、汉中所辖秦岭山区县域中小学,立足陕南秦岭本土学情开展研究设计,针对该区域隔代教养普遍、山区寄宿生占比高、通用心理量表地域适配不足的现实问题,参考智能化心理测评相关成果,拟构建“本土化评估体系 + 多模态智能技术 + 家校社协同联动机制”的智能化测评框架,旨在解决传统测评中“文化适配不足”和“山区资源供给不均”的问题,以期提升对高风险学生的快速响应水平,扩大偏远地区学校的覆盖率并改善干预效果,推动区域心理健康教育从“被动应对”转变为“前置化支持”,为秦岭地区中小学心理健康数字化建设提供理论支持和实践参考。
Abstract: Mental health initiatives for primary and secondary school students in the Qinling region currently face challenges such as inaccurate assessments, delayed interventions, and uneven resource allocation. Focusing on primary and secondary schools in the Qinling mountainous counties under the jurisdictions of Shangluo, Ankang, and Hanzhong in Shaanxi Province, this study tailors its research design to the local educational context of southern Shaanxi. Addressing practical issues prevalent in the region—including the widespread phenomenon of grandparent-reared children, a high proportion of boarding students in mountainous areas, and insufficient regional adaptability of general psychological scales—this study draws upon existing achievements in intelligent psychological assessment. It proposes an intelligent assessment framework integrating a “localized evaluation system + multimodal intelligent technology + a collaborative home-school-community linkage mechanism”. This framework aims to resolve the challenges of “insufficient cultural adaptation” and “uneven resource supply in mountainous areas” inherent in traditional assessments. Ultimately, the study seeks to enhance the rapid response rate to high-risk students, improve the coverage and intervention effectiveness in remote schools, and facilitate a paradigm shift in regional mental health education from “passive response” to “proactive support”, thereby providing theoretical support and practical references for the digitalization of mental health education in primary and secondary schools in the Qinling region.
