摘要: 新媒体时代,地方高校网络思想政治教育面临资源约束与创新需求的双重挑战。本文立足地方高校办学特色与资源禀赋,融合教育学、心理学、传播学相关理论,对标国际数字公民教育框架,构建“心 + 形 + 行”三维创新框架。该框架以“心”锚定价值内核与战略定位,以“形”优化内容呈现与载体形态,以“行”落实融合机制与实践保障。结合地方高校实际,系统阐释三维路径的具体实施策略,并融入生成式AI等新技术应用方案,为同类高校提升网络思政教育实效提供可操作的实践参考。
Abstract: In the new media era, network ideological and political education in local universities faces dual challenges of resource constraints and innovation demands. Based on their characteristics and resources, this paper integrates theories from pedagogy, psychology, and communication studies, aligns with the international digital citizenship education framework, and constructs a “Heart + Form + Action” three-dimensional framework. This framework takes “Xin” (Mind/Heart) as the anchor for its value core and strategic positioning, “Xing” (Form) as the means to optimize content presentation and carrier modalities, and “Xing” (Action) as the mechanism to implement integrative synergy and practical safeguards. The paper systematically elaborates implementation strategies of the three-dimensional path, incorporating generative AI, and provides operable references for similar universities to improve education effectiveness.
