摘要: 素质教育是新时代教育改革的核心方向,广东省海岛学校因地理偏远、师资薄弱、资源匮乏,素质教育发展滞后于陆地学校,成为全省教育高质量发展的短板。人工智能(AI)可突破时空限制、优化资源配置,为海岛学校素质教育提质增效提供新路径。本文立足海岛学校现状,分析突出问题,结合AI优势,从课程、师资、教学、评价四维度提出发展构想及保障措施,助力破解瓶颈、推动教育公平,为海岛教育高质量发展提供参考。
Abstract: Quality-oriented education is the core direction of education reform in the new era. Due to remote location, weak teaching staff and scarce resources, the development of quality-oriented education in island schools of Guangdong Province lags behind that in mainland schools, becoming a shortcoming in the high-quality development of education in the province. Artificial Intelligence (AI) can break through time and space constraints, optimize resource allocation, providing a new path for improving the quality and efficiency of quality-oriented education in island schools. Based on the current situation of island schools, this paper analyzes prominent problems, and combining AI advantages, puts forward development conceptions and guarantee measures from four dimensions: curriculum, teaching staff, teaching and evaluation, to help solve bottlenecks, promote education equity and provide reference for the high-quality development of island education.
