情景模拟教学方式结合案例分析法在临床麻醉危机教学中的应用效果
The Application Effect of the Emergency Scenario Simulation Teaching Method Integrated with Case Analysis in Clinical Anesthesia Crisis Teaching
摘要: 目的:探究情景模拟联合案例分析教学模式在麻醉危急事件规培教学中的应用价值。方法:选取2024年3月~2025年3月陕西省人民医院60名麻醉规培医师,随机分为对照组(传统授课,n = 30)与观察组(情景模拟 + 案例分析法,n = 30)。对比两组理论、技能考核成绩及教学满意度问卷结果。结果:观察组理论、操作考核得分优于对照组(P < 0.001,Cohen’s d分别为0.90、1.23);临床思维、应急处置能力培养满意度高于对照组(P < 0.05,Cramer’s V分别0.27、0.27)。结论:相较于传统教学,情景模拟结合案例分析的教学模式有助于提升麻醉规培医师理论储备与应急实操能力,在麻醉危急事件规范化培训中具备应用潜力。
Abstract: Objectives: To explore the application value of scenario simulation combined with case analysis in standardized training of anesthetic critical events. Methods: Sixty anesthesiology residents in Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were randomly divided into control group (traditional teaching, n = 30) and observation group (combined teaching mode, n = 30). Examination results and questionnaire satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results: The observation group achieved higher scores in theoretical and practical tests (P < 0.001, Cohen’s d = 0.90, 1.23); satisfaction on clinical thinking and emergency training was statistically higher (P < 0.05, Cramer’s V = 0.27, 0.27). Conclusions: Combined teaching mode is conducive to improving theoretical knowledge and emergency practical ability of residents, which has application prospect in anesthetic crisis training.
