课程思政引领下《药物化学》立德树人与应用型能力融合教学改革研究
Research on the Integrated Teaching Reform of Moral Education and Applied Competence in Medicinal Chemistry Guided by Curriculum Ideological and Political Education
摘要: 针对《药物化学》课程存在知识点零散抽象、思政融入浅表化、教学模式单一、评价体系不完善等问题,本研究以课程思政为引领、以应用型人才培养为导向,构建“知识点–思政点–能力点”三位一体教学体系,创新“案例导入–小组研讨–角色扮演–反思总结”四步课堂模式,并建立过程性与思政素养可测的多元化评价机制。研究表明,该模式能够促进知识传授、价值引领与能力培养协同发力,提升学生专业能力与职业素养,可为药学类核心课程思政改革提供参考。
Abstract: Aiming at the problems of scattered and abstract knowledge points, superficial integration of ideological and political education, monotonous teaching modes and imperfect evaluation systems existing in the Medicinal Chemistry course, curriculum ideological and political education was taken as the guidance and applied talent cultivation as the orientation in this study. A three-in-one teaching system integrating knowledge points, ideological and political points and competence points was constructed, a four-step classroom teaching mode consisting of case introduction, group discussion, role-playing and reflection summary was innovated, and a diversified evaluation mechanism covering procedural assessment and measurable ideological and political literacy was established. The results show that this model realizes the coordinated development of knowledge imparting, value guidance and competence cultivation, improves students’ professional proficiency and professional ethics, and provides references for the ideological and political teaching reform of core pharmaceutical courses.
