数字技术赋能中小学体育课堂教学:应用场景与现实挑战
Digital Technology Empowering Physical Education Classroom Teaching in Primary and Secondary Schools: Application Scenarios and Practical Challenges
摘要: 在教育数字化改革持续推进的背景下,数字技术已成为中小学体育课堂教学革新的重要工具。传统体育教学存在动作示范抽象、教学形式单一、学生理解难度大、教学评价片面等问题,而数字技术依托视频、动画、音频、交互式课件等多元形式,能够优化体育教学流程,直观呈现运动技术要领,打破时空教学限制,丰富课堂教学资源。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、问卷调查法,以四川省成都市中小学为调研范围开展实地调研,结合中小学体育教学实际,剖析数字技术在体育课堂中的具体应用场景与应用优势,梳理当前教学应用中存在的设备配置不均、教师信息化素养不足、技术滥用形式化、教学融合度低等现实挑战,并针对性提出优化硬件设施、强化教师培训、规范技术使用、深化教学融合、完善评价体系等优化策略,旨在推动数字技术与中小学体育教学深度融合,提升体育课堂教学质量,助力学生体育核心素养培育,为中小学体育信息化教学发展提供参考。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of ongoing digital reform in education, digital technology has become a vital tool for innovation in physical education (PE) classrooms at primary and secondary schools. Traditional PE instruction faces challenges such as abstract demonstration of movements, monotonous teaching methods, difficulty for students to understand, and one-sided assessment. Digital technology, leveraging diverse formats including videos, animations, audio, and interactive courseware, can optimize the teaching process, clearly illustrate key technical elements of sports, overcome spatial and temporal constraints, and enrich classroom resources. This study employs literature review, logical analysis, and questionnaire surveys, conducting field research in primary and secondary schools across Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Based on actual PE teaching practices, it examines specific application scenarios and advantages of digital technology in PE classes, identifies current challenges—including uneven equipment distribution, insufficient teachers’ digital literacy, superficial use of technology, and low integration with teaching—and proposes targeted optimization strategies: improving hardware infrastructure, strengthening teacher training, standardizing technology use, deepening integration into teaching, and refining evaluation systems. The aim is to promote deeper integration between digital technology and PE instruction, enhance classroom quality, support the development of students’ core physical literacy, and provide reference for the advancement of information-based PE education in primary and secondary schools.
