Freedom and Floating: A Study on the Work-Life Patterns of Young Digital Nomads under the Empowerment of New Media

摘要: 在数字经济与新媒体技术深度融合的背景下，灵活就业形态不断迭代，青年数字游民成为新型职业群体的重要组成部分。文章以青年数字游民为研究对象，采用问卷调查与深度访谈法，探析新媒体技术对该群体工作生活模式的赋权机制与影响路径，剖析其在工作生活平衡、职业发展、社会融入等方面的现实特征与现存困境，并提出针对性优化建议。研究旨在丰富灵活就业与媒介赋权的相关研究，为青年新型职业发展与社会治理提供参考。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of deep integration between the digital economy and new media technologies, flexible employment forms are continuously evolving, and young digital nomads have become an important part of emerging occupational groups. This study takes young digital nomads as the research subjects, employing questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews to explore the empowerment mechanisms and influence pathways of new media technologies on the work-life patterns of this group. It analyzes the realistic characteristics and existing dilemmas they face in terms of work-life balance, career development, and social integration, and proposes targeted optimization suggestions. The research aims to enrich the literature on flexible employment and media empowerment, and to provide references for the new career development of youth and social governance.
