ETA个性化早期矫治系统治疗替牙期骨性III类错��伴牙列拥挤1例
Early Treatment with an ETA Appliance for Skeletal Class III Malocclusion with Dental Crowding: A Case Report
摘要: 探讨ETA (Early Treatment Appliance)个性化早期矫治系统在替牙期骨性III类错��伴牙列拥挤患者中的临床应用效果。本文报道1例10岁男性替牙期骨性III类错��患者,临床表现为前牙反��、上颌牙列拥挤及下颌前伸。采用ETA个性化早期矫治器进行序列化干预并配合口周肌功能训练,治疗周期8个月。治疗后前牙反��解除,牙列拥挤明显改善,覆��、覆盖关系趋于正常,面型侧貌改善。头影测量结果显示ANB角由−2.3˚改善至−0.5˚,提示上颌骨生长发育得到促进,上下颌骨关系趋于协调。ETA个性化早期矫治系统可在替牙期有效改善此类患者的咬合关系,并对颌骨发育具积极引导作用,为临床精准干预提供有效参考。
Abstract: This case report explores the clinical application of a personalized early treatment system using an Early Treatment Appliance (ETA) in a mixed dentition patient with skeletal Class III malocclusion accompanied by dental crowding. A 10-year-old male patient presented with anterior crossbite, maxillary dental crowding, and mandibular protrusion. The patient was treated with a personalized ETA appliance combined with orofacial myofunctional training for 8 months. After treatment, the anterior crossbite was resolved, dental crowding improved, and overjet and overbite approached normal values with an improved facial profile. Post-treatment cephalometric analysis showed an increase in the ANB angle from −2.3˚ to −0.5˚, suggesting a favorable trend in maxillary growth. The personalized ETA system effectively improves occlusal relationships and provides positive guidance for craniofacial growth, representing a safe and effective clinical option for early intervention.
