电子商务视域下在线教育培养体系构建与机制优化研究

Research on the Construction and Mechanism Optimization of Online Education Training System under the Perspective of E-Commerce

摘要: 在数字经济与电子商务深度融合的发展背景下，在线教育成为人才培养体系数字化转型的核心载体，而电子商务的产业特性与发展需求为在线教育培养体系的构建提供了全新视角与实践路径。本文以电子商务视域下在线教育培养体系为研究对象，剖析当前在线教育培养体系在产品设计、产教融合、培养模式等方面面临的现实困境，梳理社会、高校、企业、师生等多维度影响因素及其作用机理，从体系构建、机制优化、产品升级、产教融合深化等方面提出系统性策略，旨在推动在线教育与电子商务产业需求深度适配，实现在线教育培养质量的提升，为数字经济背景下教育数字化转型提供实践参考。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the deep integration of the digital economy and e-commerce, online education has become the core carrier for the digital transformation of the talent training system. The industrial characteristics and development needs of e-commerce provide a new perspective and practical path for the construction of the online education training system. This paper takes the online education training system under the perspective of e-commerce as the research object, analyzes the current practical difficulties faced by the online education training system in product design, industry-education integration, and training models, and sorts out the multi-dimensional influencing factors and their mechanisms of action from society, universities, enterprises, teachers and students. It proposes systematic strategies from the aspects of system construction, mechanism optimization, product upgrading, and deepening industry-education integration, aiming to promote the deep adaptation of online education to the needs of the e-commerce industry, improve the quality of online education training, and provide practical reference for the digital transformation of education under the background of the digital economy.
