数字新基建对区域经济协调发展的影响及其作用机制研究

Research on the Impact of New Digital Infrastructure on the Coordinated Development of Regional Economy andIts Mechanism

摘要: 在数字经济快速发展和区域协调发展战略深入推进的背景下，数字新基建逐渐成为提升区域联动能力、优化区域发展格局的重要支撑。研究数字新基建对区域经济协调发展的影响及其作用机制，具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。基于2006~2024年我国省级面板数据，本文构建双向固定效应模型，实证检验数字新基建对区域经济协调发展的影响，并进一步从市场化水平和劳动力配置效率两个维度分析其作用机制。研究发现，数字新基建能够显著促进区域经济协调发展，且在纳入控制变量后该结论依然稳健。中介效应检验表明，数字新基建不仅能够通过提升市场化水平促进区域间要素流动和资源优化配置，还能够通过提高劳动力配置效率、改善劳动力市场匹配状况，进一步增强区域协调发展能力。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the digital economy and the in-depth imple- mentation of the coordinated regional development strategy, new digital infrastructure has gradually become an important support for enhancing regional connectivity and optimizing the regional development pattern. Exploring the impact of new digital infrastructure on coordinated regional economic development and its underlying mechanisms is of great theoretical and practical significance. Based on provincial panel data in China from 2006 to 2024, this paper constructs a two-way fixed effects model to empirically examine the impact of new digital infrastructure on coordinated regional economic development, and further investigates its mechanisms from the perspectives of marketization level and labor allocation efficiency. The results show that new digital infrastructure can significantly promote coordinated regional economic development, and this conclusion remains robust after the inclusion of control variables. The mediation effect test further indicates that new digital infrastructure not only promotes the interregional flow of factors and the optimal allocation of resources by improving the level of marketization, but also enhances regional coordinated development capacity by increasing labor allocation efficiency and improving labor market matching.
