新医科导向下《康复医学概论》课程思政“四维一体”改革与实践
Reform and Practice of the “Four-Dimensional Integration” Curriculum Ideology and Politics Reform for Introduction to Rehabilitation Medicine under the Guidance of New Medical Science
摘要: 为破解《康复医学概论》课程思政融入碎片化、专业与思政“两张皮”等现实困境,本研究立足新医科“全周期健康服务、能力与价值双塑造”的育人导向,构建“主线引领–素材支撑–课堂落地–评价闭环”的“四维一体”课程思政改革体系,从思政主线凝练、“医学 + X”素材挖掘、全流程融入路径设计、全过程评价体系重构四个维度系统推进改革,并以181名康复治疗学专业本科学生为对象,采用问卷调查法开展实证检验。结果显示,学生对课程思政的接受度达95.58%,课程在价值引领、职业认同、能力培育等维度成效显著,实现了思政育人与专业学习的协同增效。该改革路径贴合康复专业启蒙课程定位,具备较强的可操作性与推广性,可为新医科背景下康复医学类课程的系统化思政建设提供实践参考。
Abstract: To address practical dilemmas such as fragmented integration of curriculum ideology and politics and the disconnection between specialty education and ideological and political education in the course Introduction to Rehabilitation Medicine, this study constructs a “four-dimensional integration” curriculum ideology and politics reform system following the logic of “theme guidance, material support, classroom implementation, and evaluation closed loop”. Guided by the education orientation of “full-cycle health services and dual cultivation of ability and value” under the New Medical Science initiative, the reform is advanced from four dimensions: condensing core ideological and political themes, excavating “medicine + X” integrated teaching materials, designing full-process integration paths, and reconstructing the whole-process evaluation system. An empirical test was conducted with 181 undergraduate students majoring in rehabilitation therapy as research subjects. The results show that students’ acceptance of curriculum ideology and politics reaches 95.58%, and the course achieves remarkable effects in value guidance, professional identity and ability cultivation, realizing the synergistic improvement of ideological and political education and professional learning. The reform path fits the orientation of introductory rehabilitation courses and has strong operability and popularization value, which can provide practical references for the systematic ideological and political construction of rehabilitation medicine courses under the background of New Medical Science.
