正念在我国教育领域的研究现状与热点演进(2015~2025)——基于CiteSpace计量分析

摘要: 为系统揭示正念在我国教育领域的研究现状、热点主题与演进规律,本研究运用CiteSpace可视化计量分析工具,对中国知网(CNKI) 2015~2025年间收录的主题为“正念”与“教育”的相关文献共773篇进行计量分析与图谱呈现。结果表明:年度发文量整体呈上升趋势,在2023年达到峰值后有所回落;发文机构以高等师范院校和心理学研究机构为主,但机构间合作网络密度较低,跨机构协作有待加强;核心作者群尚未完全形成,作者合作网络较为松散;关键词共现及聚类分析识别出9个主要研究主题,涵盖大学生、心理健康、反刍思维、职业倦怠、正念教养、正念干预等领域;突现词分析显示,团体心理辅导、生命意义感、社交焦虑及正念干预研究等为近年研究前沿。建议未来研究加强跨机构协作,拓展正念在不同教育阶段的应用,并深化正念干预的作用机制研究,推进正念的本土化应用。
Abstract: To systematically reveal the research status, hotspot themes, and evolution patterns of mindfulness in China’s educational field, this study employed CiteSpace, a visual bibliometric analysis tool, to conduct a bibliometric analysis and knowledge mapping of 773 relevant articles on the themes of “mindfulness” and “education” collected from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) between 2015 and 2025. The results indicate that the annual publication volume showed an overall upward trend, reaching a peak in 2023 before a slight decline; the publishing institutions were predominantly normal universities and psychology research institutes, yet the inter-institutional collaboration network density was relatively low, indicating a need for strengthened cross-institutional cooperation; a core author group has not yet fully formed, and the author collaboration network remains relatively loose; keyword co-occurrence and cluster analysis identified nine major research themes, covering areas such as college students, mental health, rumination, occupational burnout, mindful parenting, and mindfulness-based interventions; burst word analysis revealed that group psychological counseling, meaning in life, social anxiety, and mindfulness-based intervention research represent the recent research frontiers. It is recommended that future research strengthen cross-institutional collaboration, expand the application of mindfulness across different educational stages, deepen the investigation of mechanisms underlying mindfulness-based interventions, and promote the localized application of mindfulness in China.
