孕晚期妇女睡眠质量现状及对团体音乐治疗 需求的质性研究

摘要: 目的:探讨孕晚期妇女睡眠质量现状,分析其对团体音乐治疗的认知与需求,为构建孕晚期妇女团体音乐治疗方案提供基于需求的质性证据与初步框架。方法:2025年10月至11月,采用目的抽样,选取重庆某三甲医院14名孕晚期妇女进行半结构化访谈,应用Colaizzi七步分析法整理分析资料。结果:最终可提炼为两个主题:一是孕晚期妇女睡眠质量现状,包含入睡困难、夜间频醒与日间功能受损三个亚主题;二是孕晚期妇女音乐行为及团体音乐治疗需求,包含音乐行为与积极体验、对团体音乐治疗方案的期待与需求两个亚主题。结论:孕晚期妇女普遍面临身心压力交互作用导致的睡眠质量问题。基于访谈中孕妇的具体需求,本研究为构建兼具针对性、科学性与可行性的团体音乐治疗方案提供了基于需求的质性证据与初步构想,有望为通过非药物干预同步提升孕晚期妇女睡眠质量提供新的实践路径。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the current status of sleep quality among late-pregnant women, analyze their cognition and needs for group music therapy, and provide demand-based qualitative evidence and a preliminary framework for constructing a group music therapy program for late-pregnant women. Methods: From October to November 2025, 14 late-pregnant women from a Class-III Grade-A hospital in Chongqing were selected by purposive sampling for semi-structured interviews. The Colaizzi seven-step analysis method was used to organize and analyze the data. Results: Two themes were finally extracted: The first is the current status of sleep quality among late-pregnant women, including three sub-themes: difficulty falling asleep, frequent nocturnal awakenings, and impaired daytime function. The second is the music-related behaviors and the needs for group music therapy among late-pregnant women, including two sub-themes: music-related behaviors and positive experiences, and expectations and needs for the group music therapy program. Conclusion: Late-pregnant women generally face sleep quality problems caused by the interaction of physical and mental stress. Based on the specific needs of pregnant women in the interviews, this study provides demand-based qualitative evidence and a preliminary concept for constructing a targeted, scientific, and feasible group music therapy program, which is expected to provide a new practical path for non-drug interventions to simultaneously improve the sleep quality of late-pregnant women.
