中医经典名方治疗类风湿关节炎的研究进展
Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis with Traditional Chinese Medicine Classic Prescriptions: A Review
摘要: 类风湿关节炎作为一种慢性自身免疫性疾病,致残率高、并发症多,严重影响患者生活质量,目前已成为全球性的公共卫生问题。当前西医治疗以抗风湿药、糖皮质激素和生物制剂为主,但存在疗效有限、不良反应多、价格昂贵等局限。因此,探索更安全有效的治疗方案迫在眉睫。中医药在RA治疗中具有独特优势,其经典名方基于辨证论治原则,通过多成分、多靶点的协同作用,整体调节机体功能。在改善临床症状、降低疾病活动度、减少并发症方面疗效显著,且安全性高。近年来,中医经典名方治疗RA取得了很大进展,本文通过对中医经典名方治疗类风湿关节炎文献的整理,根据疾病分型以及名方主治分类论述其在临床应用,总结其作用机制,旨在为类风湿关节炎的临床诊疗提供新思路。
Abstract: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA), as a chronic autoimmune disease, rheumatoid arthritis has a high disability rate and many complications, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients, and has become a global public health problem. At present, Western medicine treatment is mainly based on antirheumatic drugs, glucocorticoids and biological agents, but there are limitations such as limited efficacy, many adverse reactions, and high price. Therefore, it is urgent to explore safer and more effective treatment options. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of RA, and its classic prescriptions are based on the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment, and regulate the body’s functions as a whole through the synergy of multiple components and targets. It has significant efficacy in improving clinical symptoms, reducing disease activity, and reducing complications, and has high safety. In recent years, great progress has been made in the treatment of RA with classic prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine, and this paper discusses its clinical application according to the classification of diseases and the classification of famous prescriptions by compiling the literature on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with classic prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine, and summarizes its mechanism of action, aiming to provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
