摘要: 本文从鲍文家庭系统理论视角出发,探讨了青少年抑郁的发病机制,重点分析了自我分化、慢性焦虑、三角关系等概念对青少年情绪和行为的影响及其与抑郁的潜在关联。研究表明,低自我分化水平、高慢性焦虑等因素,均与青少年抑郁的发生存在一定关联。基于此,本文提出了一些建议,包括增强青少年自我分化能力、培养情绪调节技能以及构建低焦虑家庭环境等,这些措施有助于缓解青少年抑郁情绪,促进其心理健康发展。本研究不仅为理解青少年抑郁提供了新的视角,也为青少年抑郁的预防和干预工作提供了理论支持和实践指导。
Abstract: This article explores the pathogenesis of adolescent depression from the perspective of Bowen’s family systems theory, which focuses on the impact of concepts such as self-differentiation, chronic anxiety, and triangulation on adolescents’ emotions and behaviors and their potential association with depression. Research indicates that factors such as low self-differentiation, high chronic anxiety, are associated with the onset of depression in adolescents. Based on this, this paper presents some suggestions, including strengthening adolescents’ ability to self-differentiate, developing emotion adjustment skills, and constructing a low-anxiety family environment, which can help alleviate adolescents’ depressive moods and promote their mental health development. This study not only provides a new perspective for understanding adolescent depression, but also provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the prevention and intervention of adolescent depression.
