摘要: 针对《火控系统设计基础》课程在教学实施过程中存在的成果导向不明显、教学方式多样性不足、过程评价偏弱等问题,本文基于成果导向教育(Outcome-Based Education, OBE)理念,对课程教学改革路径进行探索。从以成果为导向的课程内容重构、教学方式的多样化探索和课程评价的多视角实践三方面开展研究,推动课程教学由“知识传授型”向“成果达成型”转变。围绕《火控系统设计基础》课程中的“外弹道建模与求解”教学过程,开展试点案例研究,探索了“成果导向目标设计–任务驱动内容组织–多元化教学实施–过程评价反馈”的改革路径。结果表明基于OBE理念的课程教学改革,有助于增强学生的课堂参与度和提升学生的知识综合运用能力,对提高课程教学质量和人才培养成效具有积极意义。
Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the teaching implementation of the Introduction to Fire Control System Design course, such as the lack of clear outcome orientation, insufficient diversity of teaching methods, and weak process evaluation, this paper, based on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept, explores the teaching reform path of the course. The research is conducted from three aspects: the reconfiguration of course content based on outcome orientation, the exploration of diversified teaching methods, and the multi-perspective practice of course evaluation. This aims to promote the transformation of course teaching from “knowledge transmission-oriented” to “outcome achievement-oriented”. Regarding the teaching process of “External Ballistic Modeling and Solution” in the Introduction to Fire Control System Design course, a pilot case study was carried out, and the reform path of “Outcome-oriented goal design-Task-driven content organization-Diversified teaching implementation-Process evaluation feedback” was explored. The results show that the course teaching reform based on the OBE concept helps to enhance students’ participation and improve their comprehensive application of knowledge, and has positive significance for improving the quality of course teaching and the effectiveness of talent cultivation.
