地级市非教学医院医学检验学科发展的困境与临床融合路径探索
Dilemmas in the Development of Medical Laboratory Discipline in Non-Teaching Hospitals at Prefecture-Level Cities and Exploration of Clinical Integration Pathways
摘要: 地级市非教学医院医学检验学科正面临前所未有的发展困境:制度性资源收紧,国家住院医师规范化培训基地因容量不足被迫取消;人力资源积累受阻,表现为师资队伍结构性短缺、研究生招生困难、在职员工教学素养提升缓慢;生源与就业双向挤压,实习生生源基础薄弱,毕业生进入优质岗位的通道持续收窄;外部技术冲击加剧,人工智能的快速迭代使传统检验工作流程面临替代风险。上述因素共同导致以传统模式维持检验学科发展的路径难以为继。本文基于非教学医院医学检验学科的客观条件,探讨如何构建跨学科师资矩阵、重构融合型课程体系、实施项目式教学模式、强化临床思维与职业认同等路径,探索多学科交叉启蒙培养之路,为地级市医学检验学科发展提供思路借鉴。
Abstract: Medical laboratory science programs in non-teaching hospitals at the prefecture-level city tier are confronting unprecedented developmental challenges. Institutional resources are being tightened, nationally accredited standardized residency training bases have been forced to cancel programs due to insufficient capacity; human resource accumulation is hindered, faculty teams remain underdeveloped; graduate student supervisors face difficulties recruiting students; employees’ academic competencies show sluggish improvement; the academic foundation of interns is weak; the job market continues to experience sustained pressure. External technological impacts are intensifying, compounded by the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technologies, there is a risk of replacement for traditional laboratory work processes. These factors collectively make it difficult to sustain the traditional development pathways of the laboratory science programs. Based on the objective conditions of medical laboratory science programs in non-teaching hospitals, this paper explores approaches to building interdisciplinary faculty matrices, restructuring integrated curriculum systems, implementing project-based teaching models, and strengthening clinical reasoning and professional identity. It further investigates pathways for multidisciplinary cross-disciplinary enlightenment training, offering strategic references for the development of medical laboratory science programs at the prefecture-level city tier.
