基于CIPP模型的高职专业课教学评价体系构建研究——以《工程机械构造与故障诊断》课程为例
Research on the Construction of a Teaching Evaluation System for Vocational College Courses Based on the CIPP Model—A Case Study of the Course “Construction Machinery Structure and Fault Diagnosis”
摘要: 针对高职专业课评价问题,本文构建了基于CIPP模型的“知识–技能–思政”三维融合评价体系,以《工程机械构造与故障诊断》课程为例进行实证,同时反思了教师工作量、互评信度等问题,提出了数字化工具开发、校企协同机制等优化建议,以期为高职教学评价改革提供实证支持。
Abstract: This paper constructs a three-dimensional integrated evaluation system based on the CIPP model, incorporating knowledge, skills, and ideological and political education, to address evaluation issues in vocational college professional courses. Taking the course “Construction Machinery Structure and Fault Diagnosis” as an example, it conducts empirical research while reflecting on challenges, such as faculty workload and inter-rater reliability. The study proposes optimization suggestions including the development of digital tools and the establishment of school-enterprise collaboration mechanisms, aiming to provide empirical support for reforming teaching evaluation in vocational education.
