大数据赋能事业单位档案信息化建设探析

摘要: 国土领域事业单位档案是国土规划、资源管理等工作的重要历史记录与数据支撑,具有数据量大、类型复杂、关联性强等特征。随着数字中国、智慧国土建设推进,传统档案管理模式已难以适配发展需求,档案信息化成为破解瓶颈的关键路径。大数据技术凭借海量存储、高效分析等优势,为事业单位档案信息化注入新动能。文章结合国土领域事业单位档案管理实际,分析当前信息化建设存在的问题,探索大数据在档案各关键环节的应用路径,并提出针对性优化策略,以期为提升档案管理现代化水平提供理论与实践借鉴。
Abstract: Archives of public institutions in the land and resources field serve as crucial historical records and fundamental data support for core work, including territorial spatial planning and natural resource management. They are characterized by massive data volume, diversified content types, and strong data relevance. With the advancement of the Digital China and Smart Land and Resources strategies, the traditional archive management mode can no longer meet the current development requirements, and archive informatization has become a key way to break through development bottlenecks. With the advantages of massive storage capacity and efficient data analysis, big data technology provides new impetus for the informatization construction of archives in public institutions. Combined with the actual archive management work of public institutions in the land and resources field, this paper analyzes the existing problems in current informatization construction, explores the application paths of big data in key links of archive management, and puts forward targeted optimization strategies, so as to offer theoretical reference and practical guidance for improving the modernization level of archive management in public institutions.
