基于CNKI的艾纳香研究文献计量学分析

摘要: 目的:系统分析国内艾纳香研究现状、热点与演化趋势。方法:检索CNKI数据库,筛选中文文献436篇、英文136篇,利用VOSviewer及CNKI工具分析发文量、作者与机构合作、学科及关键词。结果:年发文量总体增长,核心作者群初步形成但团队合作松散;研究集中于中国热带农业科学院、贵州大学等机构,具地域特色;中药学与农作物为主要学科。研究涵盖种质资源、化学成分、药理活性、质量控制、网络药理学、内生真菌及生物信息学六大主题。演化历经基础奠基、拓展延伸与创新升级三阶段,正由成分分析转向机制解析与多技术融合。结论:研究体系基本形成,但跨机构协作待加强。未来应聚焦药理机制、内生真菌挖掘、种质创新及多维质量评价。
Abstract: Objective: To systematically analyze the current status, research hotspots, and evolutionary trends of domestic studies on Blumea balsamifera from a bibliometric perspective. Methods: The CNKI academic journal database was searched for literature related to “ai na xiang” or “Blumea balsamifera”. After manual screening, 436 Chinese and 136 English valid articles were included. Using VOSviewer and CNKI visualization tools, analyses were conducted on annual publication volume, author collaboration networks, institutional distribution, disciplinary distribution, and keyword co-occurrence networks. Results: The annual publication volume has shown a general increasing trend. A core group of authors has initially formed, but inter-team collaboration remains loose. Research efforts are highly concentrated in institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences and Guizhou University, exhibiting distinct regional characteristics. Traditional Chinese pharmacology and crop science are the primary disciplines. Keyword analysis revealed six major research themes: germplasm resources, chemical constituents, pharmacological activities, quality control, network pharmacology, endophytic fungi, and bioinformatics. Temporal evolution indicates three stages: foundational establishment, expansion and extension, and innovation and upgrading, with a current shift from traditional component analysis to mechanism elucidation and multi-technology integration. Conclusion: The research framework for Blumea balsamifera has been largely established, but cross-institutional and cross-team collaboration needs strengthening. Future efforts should focus on systematic elucidation of pharmacological mechanisms, exploration of endophytic fungal resources, bioinformatics-driven germplasm innovation, and development of multi-dimensional quality evaluation systems.
