赋权感知对肺癌化疗患者生活质量的影响

Impact of Perceived Empowerment on Quality of Life in Lung Cancer Chemotherapy Patients

摘要: 肺癌为我国高发恶性肿瘤，化疗作为主流治疗方式，在控制病情的同时易引发多重身心不良反应，严重损害患者生活质量。近年来，赋权感知作为一种重要的心理因素，逐渐受到医学界的关注，尤其是在癌症患者的生活质量研究中。赋权感知指的是个体在面对疾病时对自身能力的认知和掌控感。对于发病率最高的肺癌患者而言，其生理及心理压力可能严重影响其生活质量，而化疗手段又会对其产生不同程度的不良反应，进而加重影响患者的心理。本综述是目前研究赋权感知对肺癌化疗患者生活质量的影响，及赋权感知如何通过心理弹性这一中介因素影响生活质量。

Abstract: Lung cancer is a highly prevalent malignancy in China. As a mainstream treatment, chemotherapy can control disease progression but often induces multiple physical and psychological side effects, severely impairing patients’ quality of life. In recent years, perceived empowerment—an important psychological factor—has gained increasing attention in medical research, particularly in studies on the quality of life of cancer patients. Perceived empowerment refers to an individual’s awareness and sense of control over their own abilities when facing illness. For lung cancer patients, who have the highest incidence rate, physiological and psychological stress can significantly affect their quality of life. Moreover, chemotherapy may produce varying degrees of adverse effects, further exacerbating psychological distress. This review examines the impact of perceived empowerment on the quality of life of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and explores how perceived empowerment influences quality of life through the mediating factor of psychological resilience.
