摘要: 本文对高血压治疗依从性自我效能的概念内涵、理论基础及国内外常用评估工具的内容、特点和应用情况进行综述,比较不同工具的优势、局限与适用场景,并进一步梳理评估结果转化为干预策略的思路,旨在为我国高血压精细化慢病管理及本土化特异性评估工具的选择与开发提供参考。
Abstract: This article reviews the related concepts and theoretical foundations of self-efficacy for treatment adherence in hypertension, as well as the content, characteristics, and applications of commonly used assessment tools at home and abroad. It compares the strengths, limitations, and applicable scenarios of existing instruments and further summarizes approaches for translating assessment results into intervention strategies. The aim is to provide a reference for precise chronic disease management of hypertension in China and for the selection and development of localized, disease-specific assessment tools.
